Processing a customer payment is as easy as any other POS option. With a customer retrieved, account charges are accessible in a convenient payment screen, allowing for complete, partial or even advance payments.
Customer history is another important feature users require. RedTail provides instant access to invoices, returns, charges, payment and items purchased with serial numbers.
At any time during the shift authorized users can check sales, look at item counts and browse through items sold. When the shift is over, a comprehensive end of shift report (SRead) will be generated summarizing not only a drawer count but a in depth set of statistics relevant to the sales session.
